Filling is 100% vegan and the asparagus are 100% Italian.
They cook in just 2/3 minutes giving you a delicious “al dente” result!
They do not contain milk, lactose, soy and eggs.
Keep in the freezer at a temperature between -18° C e -6°C.
PASTA 60%: potatoes, corn starch, wheat flour, water, salt.
FILLING 40%: MozzaRisella Classic 57% [BioSurice 48% (water, germinated whole rice 20,8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cold pressed coconut oil, rice malt syrup, lemon juice. Agar agar, arabic gum, xanthan gum, carob tree seeds flour,, natural flavours],Asparagus 28%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), leek, evo oil, shallot, salt, garlic, pepper, chillies.
Place pasta still frozen in a pan with boiling water and salt. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Drain and season up to your taste.
